Brand New Homes GTA and its ads on Facebook and Instagram are run by RE/MAX EXCELLENCE REAL ESTATE., BROKERAGE. We are responsible for the personal information collected through this website and through our lead forms on Facebook and Instagram.

What you give us in a form on this site or in one of our forms on Facebook or Instagram: your name, email and phone number, and your answers to the form’s questions, such as when you’d like to move, what kind of buyer you are, which city or home you’re asking about, and whether you already work with a realtor.

When you use a form on Facebook or Instagram, Meta may fill in your name, email and phone number from your profile. You can edit them before you submit.

How you found us: the ad or campaign that brought you here, the page you landed on and the referring site.

When analytics or ad-measurement tools from Meta or Google are enabled on a page, they record pages viewed and buttons clicked using cookies and similar technology.

To answer your enquiry: sending addresses, floor plans, pricing and release information, arranging showings, and contacting you by phone, text or email about the home you asked about.

If you agreed to it, to contact you about similar new homes in Brampton and Caledon. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe.

To measure which ads work, so we spend less showing ads to people who aren’t interested.

We don’t sell your information. We share it only with the brokerage named above, with service providers that deliver email and store enquiries for us, and with Meta and Google for ad measurement.

We don’t pass your details to a builder or seller without your permission.

Enquiries are kept for up to two years after our last contact, or until you ask us to delete them, unless the law requires us to keep records longer (for example, records of a completed purchase).

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw consent to be contacted, at any time by emailing gtabrandnewhomes@gmail.com. You can also reply STOP to a text or use the unsubscribe link in any email.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings and opt out of personalised ads in your Meta and Google account settings.
